Highlights of Ibiza Tour
If you have never visited the island of Ibiza before, or you are there for a short period of time and want to see as much of the island as possible, the best way to achieve just that is to head out on an island tour.
Setting off from the cruise terminal on a motorcoach, you will visit some of the highlights of the islands including somewhere such as El Soto but in any ways the panoramic views along the way can be one of the highlights of this sort of tour.
You will also get to head to the south of the island to places such as San Jesus, home to a beautiful church and Santa Eulalia before heading back to the capital city itself for a walking tour of its historic centre.
History of Ibiza Tour
The island is full of history, which quickly becomes obvious as you sail into the Ibiza Town harbour where a fortress stands over your ship.
Around that is a walled town, complete with cobbled streets and panoramic views but that is just the start of it as the whole island is full of history, full of stories and full of places to visit that are best explored on a guided tour where a local historian gives you an insight into life on the island.

In Ibiza, you get a mix of Spanish, Balearic and Catalan influence on its cuisine which makes it well worth trying for any foodies visiting there on a cruise ship.
There are lots of opportunities to head out to local restaurants on a tour to try things such as Ibizan cheeses, sausages, breads, meats and mouth-watering desserts.
Boat Party
Ibiza is best known as a party island, but it doesn’t really turn into that until nighttime and by then most cruisers will be back on their ships and sailing on to their next destination.
If you want to experience the party scene in Ibiza, you can do however by heading out on a party boat where food, drink and tunes will give you the perfect setting for a good time.
4×4 Tour
Heading away from the towns and resorts of Ibiza, the islands natural beauty quickly surround you, but things soon get isolated and hard to explore.
Thankfully, you can still visit out of the way beaches, see the islands more rugged coastline and explore more of what most visitors miss out on by heading out on a 4×4 off road tour.
Formentera Cruise
If you were to ask someone to name the islands of the Balearics and body with even a small knowledge of the area will likely be able to name Ibiza, Menorca and Majorca but few would be able to name the island of Formentera.
That’s for good reason as it is smallest of all of the islands and much tougher to from afar but that does mean it is much quieter and with less tourists it is far more authentic.
It is just to the south of Ibiza and that makes it easy to head over there on a boat ride where you will not only get to take in the great views from your boat but also get some time to explore Formentera itself before heading back for your cruise departure time.
Ibiza Town Walking Tour
Ibiza Town is relatively easy to walk around, well aside from its hilly nature and the cobbled streets found in the Old Town, but whilst you get to see all that is on offer, you often fail to understand what you are looking at.
That is where a walking tour comes into its own, as not only do you get to see all that is on offer in Ibiza Town, but you have a local tour guide to explain what you see along the way.
Beach Club
For those who have visited Ibiza before or are not too interested in exploring it and just want to take advantage of the sunny Mediterranean weather, heading to a beach club could be just the right option for you.
A beach club gives you access to a private beach, with lots of fun and games to enjoy whilst having access to a bar and other facilities to make for the perfect day, soaking up the rays an simply enjoying your well-earned holiday.

Ibiza is well known for its wine production and if you are a lover of its product, or just a lover of wine in general, why not head to the source itself?
A winery visit on the island will see you head away from the capital on a motorcoach to a nearby estate where you will take a tour of the winery and then get to try a tipple of 6 of what is produce there before getting the chance to buy your favourites to take home with you.
Private Boat Trip
If you are travelling with a group of friends, in a large family group, you are onboard and have made some friends along the way or you just want to splash out and have the time of your life, why not hire a boat to head out and explore the coastline of Ibiza?
Although this is one of the costliest options, if you break it down per-person it can be quite reasonable and you can often choose where you visit and what you do.
Ibiza Shorex
Ibiza is a great place to visit and offers the chance to have incredible experiences, but to do that, you will likely need to head out on excursion.
Sadly, that can often be an expensive option, especially if you book directly through your cruise line but by booking through one of the options on this site, you can often save money and have a better experience for Ibiza Shorex.
