Leith is the main port of call for cruise ships in Edinburgh and is where the biggest ships operated out of Edinburgh start there cruise. Whilst the terminal at Leith is modern, it is still compact and only capable of handling small to medium sized cruise ships, so there are only a few cruise lines that operate out of the port of Leith.

Port Leith is located just outside of the city centre of Scotland’s capital city of Edinburgh and offer easy access by bus services and taxis from the cities train station and airport.

There are a number of buses that stop at or near port Leith whilst Edinburgh Waverley train station and Edinburgh airport are just a short taxi ride away.
